Modern Renaissance

By Anastasia Beverly Hills. I wish this palette had come out when I was in NYC! But hey ho, a girl needs what a girl needs right! Been seeing this palette all over social media, even saw the preview poster at Sephora, and oh myyy, does it look freeking beautiful up close and personal!

Probably one of the best eye shadow palettes brought out in the history of makeup. It will probably even take over the UD naked palette, thats how amazing it is! So pigmented, the colours are derived from Modern Renaissance Art! Norvina created this stunning palette, everyday shades, taking you from day to night! The velvet cover is so beautiful, giving you that luxurious feel.

I have so many eye shadow palettes, but everytime I go use them, I have to forever dip my brush just to get the right colour on my lids. When I swatched this palette on my arm, ahhhhhhh dying……. I ran out of fingers, and even my fingers were intensified with the colours. I AM IN LOVE!!!! Oh by the way, this is a limited edition palette, and can be bought from Cult Beauty

There are 11 matt shades and 3 satin metallics.

ABH Creative Director Norvina, shared her vision for the new palette on Instagram, explaining: “I wanted to make something beautiful and timeless, since this palette is permanent. “Beauty fades, and the real challenge was creating a palette that is useful to your daily life once it’s no longer brand new”.

I also love brush that it comes with, I just hope its good. This is my first time purchasing a ABH palette and so far I am pretty impressed. Although when I was swatching I did notice some fall out, so it is sort of a loose powder, it is likely the palette will get messy, I will just need to be a bit careful. Real nice blendable colours it offers, I cannot wait to try it and I actually only paid £30 for it, cheaper than most palettes I own!

Great for summer and winter, shades are quite warm, but I’m all about the warm tones to be honest. Will post up pictures next month, when I have all the million and one weddings to attend!
